We send every quote in writing before anything is made. A quote lists what is included, the quantity, the price with GST, and the timing for your order. Nothing on this website is an offer or a price.

Artwork approval

You see your logo on the product and approve it before we start making your order. We only begin after you say yes.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your quote, so you know them before you approve anything.

Timing

How long an order takes depends on the product and the quantity. We confirm the timing in your quote, and we tell you early if something changes. If your date is close, say so when you ask for a quote.

Changes

Tell us as early as you can if you want to change quantities, products or artwork. What can change, and what it costs, depends on how far along your order is, and we will explain it when you ask.
