What we collect

When you use the quote form we collect the details you type in: your name, your company if you give one, your email address, your phone number if you give one, what you need, the quantity, the date you need it by and whether you would like occasional gifting ideas by email. If you arrived through a tagged link or QR code, we also keep that tag so we know which campaign worked.

What we use it for

We use these details to reply to your request, prepare a quote, and keep a record of the work we do for you. We use your email for occasional gifting ideas only if you ticked the box, and you can say no and still get your quote.

Spam protection

The form uses a Cloudflare Turnstile check to tell people from bots. Cloudflare handles that check under its own privacy policy. To limit repeated sending, we keep a one-way scrambled version of your internet address for about three days. We cannot turn it back into your address.

Cookies and storage

This site does not set tracking cookies. If you arrive through a tagged link, your browser remembers the tag for the current visit so it can be added to your request. It is cleared when you close the tab.

Who can see it

Your request goes into our private order system, which runs on Cloudflare. Only the owner and team members at Loom Merch can open it. We do not sell your details. We share them with a supplier only where needed to make your order, and we tell you when that applies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and order records for as long as we need them to reply to you, to serve you again and to keep business records such as quotes and invoices. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, except for records we must keep by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, and you can stop gifting-idea emails at any time. Email us at loommerch@gmail.com.
