See the quote
We reply with options and prices in writing. Timing depends on the product and the quantity, and we confirm it in the quote, before you commit to anything.
Approve the design
You see your logo on the product and approve it. We start making only after you say yes.
We deliver
Everything is packed carefully and sent to you. We stay in touch until it arrives.
Common questions
What should I put in my request?
The occasion, how many people you are gifting, your deadline, and a rough budget. Tell us about any logo or colours to use. The more you share, the more useful the first quote.
I do not have a logo file. Can I still ask?
Yes. Send what you have, even a photo of the logo. We will tell you if we need a cleaner version.
Do you take small orders?
Yes. We work with small teams as well as large companies. Tell us the quantity and we will tell you what works.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the product and the quantity. We confirm timing in the quote. If your date is tight, say so in the request.
When do I pay?
Payment terms are set out in the quote, so you know them before you approve anything.
